  Just make sure you launch Crysis using the multiplayer shortcut on your desktop. Or launch it manually with -mod sfwcl parameter. If the multiplayer client is loaded properly, clicking on the INTERNET GAME button takes you directly to the server list.

  Just reinstall the multiplayer client and launch Crysis using the multiplayer shortcut on your desktop. If it still doesn't work, upload your Game.log file somewhere (for example https://pastebin.com/) and post it here.
