Default configuration of SSM SafeWriting is not so good. To fix your problem, open Settings.lua and change IntegrityChecks, AllowMessaging, and StrictProfilePolicy to false.

i found the problem, server on 32bits and i played on 64bits.... It works good. Well. Could be a problem in your case. Personally I always try to run servers and play on 32bits so I wouldn't know. - But the real question now is - if your friends are able to join your server ? If the answer is YES - you don't need anything more :) Enjoy.

So it can be your firewall settings - just like in forum links I've posted few posts ago - try to check it out. Sometimes you need to forward ports in router and sometimes all you need to do is just add rules for crysis server in your firewall so your PC's firewall won't block it for outside users (but this problem is more about your server not connecting masterserver of the network) If your server is listed on-line but still can't be connected from outside of your home network - you need to try settinks Youda was showing in one of those links. Luckily I never had this problem (I just had to add rules to firewall software to make servers connect masterserver of our network) with my servers but it's very common - that server is working, is visible but only admin who is entering it from his PC (the same the server is on) is able to enter it. I hope it will work for you finally.

Sorry for asking again but my family uses Wi-Fi at home so it's possible when make a static IP, would be a problem with the Wi-Fi?

No matter if it's cable or Wi-Fi. If server is on the list and it has it's IP (doesn't have to be static - can change any time you start your server) - it can be accessable without problems. Unless firewall of your PC or Router is blocking others to enter your server or your server to show-up on masterserver's list.

hello have been a long time since i was cured of internet by error. I still with the problem about the connection of ports. I've done this with the firewall at the right side. What i should do with the left?

I think it's not really related to Windows firewall as to configuration of your router. All you need to do is to port forward both TCP and UDP to local IP (like 192.168.1.102) of your computer. I also made it easier for you and all people who would like to host server, to see whether people from outside can join or not. Simply start your server for at least 2 minutes and if you don't see it listed here on webpage, it means it's not possible to connect from outside world.
