Do you mean the gamespylogin? If yes. then its not needed anymore... just klick on a server from the master servberlist which you will find here
http://forum.tvare.sk/master.php and start your game. it will automaticly connect to the server. to change name you can use the way like Zi said or most servers support a !name command for rename :)
